How and when will my products be delivered?
The carrier whom we entrust for shipping in Italy is Bartolini Express Courier. In Italy goods are delivered within 24/48 hours from the date in which they are given to the carrier.
For delivery in Europe Bartolini is associated with DPD, the Dynamic Parcel Distribution leader in Europe for package deliveries. In Europe goods are delivered within 48/96 hours from the date in which they are given to the carrier.
Packages will not be delivered to the carrier on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We reserve the right to use alternative carriers in case of exceptional circumstances.
How much are shipping costs?
Please see the following price list. Shipping costs are determined according to the package weight and delivery country.
How can I modify the shipping address?
If you have not yet been notified for shipping you can modify your details sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating name, family name, your order reference number and the alternative forwarding address. If the package has already been sent please contact Bartolini Express Courier directly.
What to do in case of damage
When you receive your package in case of damage you can:
- Refuse the package;
- Accept the delivery with qualified acceptance, i.e. to declare on the waybill the reasons of your conditional acceptance and if possible the extent of damage, before signing it.
The consignee has 8 days by law within which to verify the condition of the goods. The consignee can lodge a written complaint to the area office which will give all the necessary information to handle to damaged goods.
