How and when will my products be delivered?
The courier whom we entrust the forwarding service in Italy is Bartolini Express Courier. In Italy goods are delivered within 24/48 hours from the date in which they are given to the carrier.
For forwarding in Europe Bartolini is associated to the DPD network Dynamic Parcel Distribution leader in Europe for package deliveries. In Europe goods are delivered within 48/96 hours from the date in which they are given to the carrier.
Packages will not be delivered to the carrier on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We reserve the right to use alternative Couriers in case of exceptional circumstances.

How can I modify the forwarding address?
If you have not yet been notified of forwarding you can modify your details sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating name, family name, your order reference number and the alternative forwarding address. If the package has already been sent please contact directly Bartolini Express Courier.
To do in case of damage
When you receive your package in case of damage you can:
- Refuse the package;
- Accept the delivery with qualified acceptance, i.e. to declare on the waybill the reasons of your conditionally acceptance and if possible the extent of damage, before signing it.
The consignee has anyway by law at his disposal 8 days within which ones verified intact of goods, he can lodge a written complaint to the area office which will give all the information to manage the suffered damage.
